Note: We do not store credit card details. All payment information is securely processed by our certified payment providers.

5.1 Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information
Some of our service providers are located, or store data, outside South Africa, principally in the United States. In accordance with section 72 of POPIA, we only transfer personal information outside South Africa where at least one of the following applies:
- Binding agreement (section 72(1)(b)): Google Firebase and Google Analytics are used under Google's standard data processing terms, which incorporate appropriate international transfer safeguards.
- Your consent (section 72(1)(a)): Where an AI-powered product such as Pampiri sends your document content to Together AI Inc. (United States) for processing, this is done only after you give explicit, informed consent to that specific transfer through that product's dedicated AI-processing consent flow — not under a data processing agreement with Together AI, which does not currently exist. See Pampiri's Privacy Policy for the full detail of that transfer.
6. Your Rights Under POPIA

Security Compromise Notification
If a security compromise occurs that has compromised or may reasonably be believed to have compromised your personal information, we will notify the Information Regulator and you, as the affected data subject, as soon as reasonably possible after discovery, in accordance with section 22 of POPIA. Our internal target is to notify the Information Regulator within 72 hours of becoming aware of a qualifying security compromise. Where the full facts are not yet known within that time, we will provide an initial notification and follow up with further detail as it becomes available. Our notification will describe, to the extent known: the nature of the compromise, the personal information reasonably believed to be affected, the measures we have taken or plan to take, and a recommendation of steps you can take to mitigate any adverse effects.
